What you give us. When you request a detail, request a membership, call, text or email us, you may share:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The address where you want the service done
• Your vehicle's year, make, model and size class
• The package, add-ons, ceramic coating or membership you're interested in, your preferred dates, and any notes or photos you send

When you send a booking request through our website, it goes straight to the scheduling system we use to manage appointments.

What's collected automatically. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. Your IP address and browser type are also sent with each booking request. We use this information to keep the site running and secure. Our site loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

What we don't collect. We don't take payments on this website and never ask for card or bank details through it.

When you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you, you agree to receive text messages from Spark & Spin Detailing about your quote, appointment and service. That includes confirmations, reminders, arrival updates and follow-ups.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver our messages and support our customers.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We only share it with:

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, Google Analytics, and the email, phone, texting and scheduling software we use. They can only use your information to provide those services to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.
• A new owner, in the event the business is sold, who would be bound by this policy.

We sometimes photograph vehicles before and after a detail to show our work on our website and social media. To have a photo of your vehicle removed, call or text us and we'll take it down.

The reviews on our site were posted publicly on Google by our customers and appear exactly as written, with the name the reviewer used. To have your review removed from our site, contact us.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and sends usage data, such as pages viewed and device type, to Google. Our website doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Our site links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your information.

We keep your information while you're a customer and for as long as we need it for our records and taxes afterward. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. We'll notify you of a breach affecting your information as New York law requires.

Our services are for vehicle owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
